Summary: Coming home, any day now, is a tale about the imaginary, a journey through (re)constructed, memorized, found places, (sur)real ones in search of thé place. A stroy of a (never) coming home.
About the author: Melissa makes collages with a focus on spaces that exist somewhere between nostalgia and dystopia. Her interest in spaces naturally evolved in spatial works, often made in situ. This resulted in a constant exchange between her installations and collages. She tends to capture her particular handling of image and space in a series of books.
